so boring and linear. You oughta make bis-perchlorate ester of it and then post the pictures of the resulting hole in your bench

"this chemical is crazy hard to dissolve for whatever reason, I tried standard acylation chemistry with this guy and was shocked at how much DCM, Et3N, and eventually 3 hours in, MeCN, i needed to actually get it in solution before i added the acyl chloride"
